I'm seeking remote opportunities and consulting engagements where I can contribute to high-impact projects, operational excellence, business growth, and scalable delivery.

I founded and operate BYSK LLC, leading marketplace e-commerce operations from product listings, supplier sourcing, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment through customer satisfaction and seller performance.

Previously, at Management Solutions International for Qatar's Communications Regulatory Authority, I partnered with 20+ project leaders across a 60+ project portfolio exceeding $50M. I administered project portfolio tracking, delivered executive reporting, monitored KPIs, risks, budgets, and cash flow, and strengthened PMO processes and delivery standards.
