I’m an experienced Project Manager with a distinguished 17-year career in technical project management, monitoring and evaluation, and operations, specializing in socio-economic development and community empowerment. I coordinate and implement youth development and economic empowerment projects with a focus on high-quality delivery, compliance, and accountability.

At the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), I’ve successfully managed multiple funded initiatives, serving as a focal point and representing the consortium to external stakeholders including donors, coordination bodies, and local and international NGOs. I lead day-to-day project execution—community mobilization, beneficiary identification, income generation opportunities—and strengthen performance through field visits, quality control reviews, and actionable reporting.

I also bring strong grant and financial management capabilities, including submitting proposals, grant and program reporting, grant filing, partnership agreements, and monitoring monthly costs against budgets to manage variances. Earlier, as a Senior Project Coordinator and Operations Manager, I supported program development, feasibility and financial planning, donor reporting, and team capacity-building—always aiming to deliver measurable outcomes through cross-cultural collaboration.
