I’m looking for an administrative role where I can coordinate office workflows, manage records and schedules accurately, and provide responsive client support—within a fast-paced team that values clear communication and timely follow-up.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with proven experience in office coordination, record management, and client support in fast-paced environments. I focus on keeping administrative workflows efficient, accurate, and easy to retrieve when decisions depend on the right information.

In my most recent role as an Administrator, I coordinated daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow. I maintained accurate records, databases, and filing systems, scheduled meetings and appointments, and prepared reports and documents to support management. I also handled internal and external communication professionally, while supporting planning and coordination of company activities.

Previously, as a Front Office Representative in real estate, I managed front office operations and created a welcoming client environment. I handled incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence, organized office records and documentation, and supported administrative processes by recording meeting minutes and assisting with reports, spreadsheets, and official documents.
