What I'm looking for

I seek roles enabling enterprise transformation: coaching leaders, shaping operating models, facilitating large-scale planning, and improving delivery flow in people-first cultures.

I am an enterprise agile coach and transformation leader focused on helping organizations improve how they work, learn, and deliver together.

I partner with executives and teams across healthcare, manufacturing, and technology to connect strategy to delivery, evolve operating models, and build adaptive systems that improve flow and engagement.

My experience includes scaling Agile across web, software, hardware and design teams, introducing Lean Portfolio Management, leading large-scale planning events, and standardizing metrics and reporting to improve predictability and alignment.

I deliver tailored coaching, leadership development, and training (including SAFe and ICAgile curricula), and have advised and worked with clients such as Humana, Honeywell, Charter/Spectrum, Slalom clients, and others to drive measurable change.
