At MBDA, I changed how the programme planned, prioritised and reported work on the global combat air programme effects domain. By introducing OKRs and a vision statement and evolving cross-team planning, I helped move the engagement index score for “clear goals” from 2.1 to 3.9 in under two years.
Through The Business Agility Coach, my independent practice, I deliver Kanban University certified training, coaching and workshops. I’ve also worked across energy and financial services, including at Shell and NatWest Group, helping teams make work visible and improve how it flows; I’m now looking for my next challenge.
