I’m a delivery leader with over 10 years’ experience, including more than eight years in Agile delivery and leadership across financial services, insurance and energy. My career has spanned Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Product Implementation Manager and programme delivery roles, giving me experience across teams, programmes and wider organisational change.
I’ve led complex multi-squad and regulatory delivery, established governance and ways of working, aligned senior stakeholders and helped organisations improve how work moves from strategy through to execution. Across these roles, I’ve developed a leadership style that balances people, delivery and organisational needs, creating the clarity, accountability and conditions needed for sustainable performance.
My Philosophy: Understand first. Change second.
A lot of delivery approaches begin with a predetermined idea of what “good” should look like and then try to move the team towards it. My approach is different: I first seek to understand the people, the environment and the challenges they are experiencing, and then shape the process and structure around what will help them succeed.
For me, this is where people awareness meets delivery discipline. Sustainable performance requires both.
