I’m looking for a role where I can build and scale full-cycle, technical hiring engines end-to-end—owning workforce planning, structured interviews, and candidate experience—while leveraging Zoho-style people systems and international sourcing to hit fast time-to-hire.

I’m a Talent Acquisition specialist with 4+ years driving full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across scaling technology, BPO, and healthcare firms. I source internationally across the US, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Poland, design job descriptions, run structured interviews, and manage offers to close.

I build hiring functions from scratch—owning workforce planning on an EOS cadence, running independent-contractor onboarding, and leading IC-to-FTE conversion.
