I’m looking for a role where I can handle inbound customer questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document interactions accurately, and collaborate to improve satisfaction—using the same professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset I bring today.

I’m a Customer Service Representative who manages inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping customers with inquiries and service questions. I bring a calm, customer-first approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.

I document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service. I also educate customers about services and promotions, so they clearly understand what’s available and how to get the most value.

I enjoy collaborating with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. Through my Clinical Medical Assisting Program, I’ve built additional discipline and attention to detail that support reliable, supportive customer experiences.
