I'm looking for an opportunity to grow in customer support, sales, marketing, or business-focused work where I can use communication, CRM, research, and outreach skills.

At Touchstone Communications, I support customers on the Taxation Services campaign through outbound interactions, documentation follow-ups, and clear guidance on next steps. I use Salesforce CRM to log interactions, update records, track follow-ups, and manage case statuses accurately.

I've also contributed to youth engagement initiatives at Youth Council Pakistan and supported lead generation, market research, marketing content, and campaign reporting at MIAIMY Consultancy.
