I’m a retail operations manager with experience across beauty, fashion, and luxury environments. I’m known for building strong teams, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving consistent store performance through day-to-day execution.

As a Manager at Chatters Limited, I oversee daily store operations and track/ analyze SPH, sales performance, and swing metrics to drive results. I also execute weekly visual merchandising, cycle counts, and maintain planograms to keep displays fresh and on brand, while coaching employees to sustain high performance.

At Trade Secrets (Sherway Gardens), I led opening/closing, shipment receiving, restocking, and inventory control. I managed recruitment and development of new associates, handled supplies and vendor communication, supported back-of-house organization and appointment schedules, and completed administrative reporting and payroll coordination—while collaborating with senior leaders to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Earlier roles strengthened my guest-first foundation: I worked as a Stylist at Tonyc Salon and Spa handling color application, washes, blowouts, styling, and product recommendations, and I supported bookings while maintaining a welcoming salon environment. At Shoppers Drug Mart, I provided beauty consultations and demonstrations, resolved customer concerns, and maintained displays—plus seasonal experience at Holt Renfrew supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and ship-from-store.
