What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a new industry where I can apply my retail operations, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills while expanding my knowledge and supporting strong team and customer experiences.

I've led high-volume retail operations at TJX, Michaels, Sephora, and Shoppers Drug Mart, driving sales, customer service, merchandising, staffing, and store performance.

At Michaels, I led all aspects of store operations and helped move store ranking from 19th to 7th out of 1,300 stores between 2020 and 2022. I exceeded sales goals by 30% and service-level goals by almost 20%, finishing top of the district in 2021.

At TJX, I manage merchandising, backroom operations, frontline, cash office, customer service, scheduling, shipping and receiving, recruitment, training, and associate development. I built and opened a new store while training more than 60 staff, and delivered 85% comp growth in my area of responsibility.
