I’m a Senior IT support technician focused on hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and reliable day-to-day support across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. I’m trusted to deliver accurate backup, recovery, and restoration of data, plus hardware/software support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Over the years, I’ve handled Windows, macOS, Linux, and Cisco server management—configuring and maintaining network systems for clients, wiring and cable runs, and supporting servers and home theatre setups. I’m also organized with ticket/work order management and inventory management, and I’ve supported customers through training and onboarding.
Alongside IT, I’m the Owner/Founder of a visual business where I work as a photographer and licensed drone pilot, covering portraits, real estate, aerials, pets, and urban projects. I bring the same out-of-the-box creativity, punctual teamwork, and customer satisfaction mindset to every role.
