What I'm looking for

I'm looking for operations, supply chain, procurement, project, or commercial management roles where I can coordinate teams, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional execution to improve processes and deliver business results.

I'm supporting a ₹740 crore infrastructure project at Newcon Engineers, coordinating plant machinery, mining, procurement, logistics, contractors, and site operations.

I work across projects, finance, procurement, and execution teams to resolve bottlenecks, negotiate with vendors, manage resources, and improve operational workflows. I also liaise with government authorities and local stakeholders to support compliant, uninterrupted project activity.

Previously, I led merchandising and marketing teams at Rightside Auctions in Canada, managed customer operations at Teleperformance, and led watersports operations at Decathlon. My experience spans teams, vendors, inventory, customer experience, digital marketing, and community projects across India and Canada.
