I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply my hands-on experience in operations, sourcing, negotiation, automation, team management, and commercial performance to build efficient, sustainable businesses.

I've built and operated profitable, automation-led businesses in Hoshiarpur, managing commercial strategy, procurement, sales, staffing, supplier relationships, and profitability. I led a team of approximately 25 staff and developed systems designed to reduce day-to-day owner dependency.

I'm currently running a café, overseeing sourcing, vendor coordination, pricing, customer service, staffing, and operations. Earlier, I worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Software Engineer, bringing technology awareness and structured problem-solving to practical business management.
