I'm looking for opportunities in Bangalore or Hyderabad where I can take on broader responsibilities across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HR Operations.

At 100ms (Brytecam Technologies), I supported technical and business hiring for AI Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, Product Manager, Platform Engineer, and Program Manager roles.

I coordinated 50+ interviews and owned onboarding for 50+ new hires, covering documentation, background verification, access, orientation, ID cards, assets, and joining-day logistics. I also initiated and tracked 50+ SpringVerify checks and managed 70+ laptop compliance and setup activities across Windows and macOS.

I keep people operations running smoothly through attendance management, payroll inputs, travel allowance and overtime analysis, HR documentation, vendor coordination, and recruitment tracking using Lever ATS, Razorpay Payroll, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and Teams.
