I’m a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. I focus on full-cycle hiring—sourcing to onboarding—while keeping quality, timelines, and compliance at the center of every decision.

In my current role, I’ve led end-to-end domestic and contract IT recruitment across multiple technologies and experience levels. I partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to define technical requirements, hiring priorities, and project timelines, then shortlist candidates using job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools.

I evaluate candidates through initial screening interviews covering technical capability, communications skills, cultural alignment, availability, and compensation expectations. I also coordinate technical interview schedules and feedback cycles to ensure timely hiring decisions, while maintaining candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and hiring records within ATS platforms.

Previously as a Senior Human Resource Executive and HR Executive (Technical Recruiter), I executed full-cycle recruitment including onboarding and exit formalities, resolved employee grievances while ensuring adherence to HR policies, and supported statutory compliance through accurate documentation and HR records. I’m energized by driving structured orientation, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace culture—so teams hire well and start strong.
