I’m a university student studying Computer Science at the University of Greenwich, and I want to put my technical and organizational skills into use. I bring a hardworking, motivated approach, with a focus on teamwork and practical problem solving.

In customer-facing roles, I’ve delivered personalized, high-quality service to diverse clientele, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. I handled guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, achieving a high rate of positive feedback.

In retail, I’ve supported fast-paced operations by serving customers, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. At both Tk Maxx and Argos, I adapted to busy periods by multitasking and managing time effectively under pressure.

I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can apply these strengths in a role that values reliability, customer care, and clear organization. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, sewing, and gardening—habits that keep me focused, patient, and detail-oriented.
