At EUTECH, I directed recruiters against hiring targets, partnered with hiring managers on candidate profiles and shortlisting criteria, and documented SOPs that improved recruitment consistency and handovers. I also owned onboarding workflows and coordinated system setup and first-day experiences for new hires.

I've built practical GTM outbound workflows using Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Heyreach, Dripify, Zapier, and RecruiterFlow. My work includes multi-channel prospecting sequences, CRM automation, LinkedIn cadences, process documentation, and accurate ATS reporting.

As a native German speaker and fluent English communicator, I bring structured quality evaluation to German-language AI data work, including audio annotation review. I work comfortably in remote, async environments and value clear documentation, guideline adherence, and reliable data integrity.
