What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote part-time email or customer support role (20–30 hours/week). I want friendly, professional customer service work where I can use my strong written English and learn tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk quickly.

I’m an MBBS student currently studying in Kazakhstan, and I bring strong English communication plus reliable computer skills to customer support work. I’m quick to learn, detail-oriented, and focused on providing professional, friendly service in every interaction.

I’m specifically looking for a remote part-time customer support or email support role, ideally 20–30 hours per week. I’m comfortable handling email and chat, and I work well under deadlines while maintaining excellent written communication.

On the tools side, I’m confident with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and online collaboration tools. I can also manage data entry and documentation confidently, including online research to support accurate responses.

I’m comfortable working with systems as I grow—I'm eager to learn platforms like Zendesk and Freshdesk. With fast typing, problem solving, and time management, I’m ready to support customers consistently and help a team deliver a great experience.
