What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a structured, coached sales development team where I can sharpen the outbound process I’ve built independently, learn from strong sales leadership, and apply my relationship-first approach to high-volume B2B pipeline generation.

I built B2B outbound sales from scratch at King Pins Bowling, defining target accounts, designing multi-touch email and call sequences, and managing 20–30 corporate opportunities at a time to convert cold leads into booked private events. I also qualify inbound demand using BANT-style criteria and sell through discovery-led conversations tailored to HR teams, marketing leads, and event planners.

As founder of Sneakerbox by King Pins, I built wholesale outreach and managed the full sales cycle through signed agreements. Earlier at Plus Consignment, I built playbooks used across eight Canadian locations, coached sales teams against revenue targets, and delivered high-ticket consultative sales. I’m now looking to bring my builder-and-buyer perspective into a structured, coached sales development team.
