What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support role where I can resolve hosting, domain, DNS, and email issues, communicate clearly with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

At Infinite Computer Solutions, I provide 24/7 phone, chat, and email support for hosting, domain, email, and DNS issues.

I troubleshoot email delivery failures, SPF/DKIM authentication errors, PHP configuration, website-loading issues, and DNS misconfigurations. I also guide customers through Turbify Control Panel tasks including mailbox setup, DNS editing, SSL management, and website tools.

I use Dynamics 365 and HubSpot to document and resolve cases accurately, while translating technical issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical customers.

Alongside technical support, I coordinate events at The Grin Club, managing budgets, logistics, vendors, and communication between clients and internal teams.
