What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to public-sector administration, cooperative development, HR, policy research, or project management roles where I can implement schemes, strengthen compliance, and use data-driven insights to improve socio-economic outcomes.

I'm leading HR and administration at Bihar State Vegetable Processing & Marketing Federation (VEGFED), supporting statewide programmes through recruitment, workforce performance, logistics, and operational management.

As Assistant Registrar (Weavers) with the Government of Bihar, I oversee weavers' cooperative societies, administer government schemes, and ensure compliance with cooperative laws. Previously, as District Co-operative Officer, I directed district initiatives, audited cooperative finances, resolved disputes, and executed grassroots development schemes.

My work also includes government consulting with APCFSS on survey, settlement, and land-reform projects, where I developed project plans, coordinated resources, monitored progress, and produced status reports. At TISS and ICRG, I interviewed migrant workers during the COVID-19 lockdown and co-authored a report on their experiences in Chhattisgarh.

I bring a Development Studies background, cooperative-management training, and practical strengths in policy research, drafting, data analysis, and public administration. I have also written UPSC preparation content and secured All India Rank 43 in the 64th BPSC Combined Competitive Examination.
