What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen public systems through research, government engagement, capacity building, and evidence-led governance reforms, particularly in local development, public finance, and inclusive service delivery.

I've supported governance and public finance reforms with Janaagraha, CRISP, ASRLM, and UNDP across Assam, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Meghalaya. My work spans urban procurement, local development planning, institutional benchmarking, and government decision-support systems.

I've trained 1,272 local governance representatives, coordinated field research across tribal communities and districts, managed survey teams, and translated evidence into frameworks, reports, and capacity-building programmes that strengthen public systems.
