At Rashtrapath, I coordinate institutional programme delivery, faculty allocation and stakeholder management. I helped scale operations from a 3-person founding team to 20+ staff serving 300+ students.
I redesigned student-support workflows with mentor cells and structured escalation, reducing doubt-resolution time from about 48 hours to 2–3 hours. I also coordinated a women and girls' outreach initiative for about 2,700 beneficiaries, using shared Excel and Google Sheets tracking.
As a Policy Research Intern at the Government of Punjab — Public Relations Department, I analysed education-retention patterns and investigated implementation challenges. I developed an evidence-based counselling intervention model and prepared policy reports and recommendations for initiatives including Sikhya Kranti 2.0 and School of Eminence.
