What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale data-driven public policy and gender-equity programmes, working closely with government stakeholders to improve women’s economic participation, access to credit, and livelihoods.

At The Udaiti Foundation, I lead the development of the WEE Index 2.0, making women’s economic participation visible at the state level through coordination across 26 government departments and quality assurance for 75+ indicators.

I’ve built scheme matchmaking and credit-readiness infrastructure for women entrepreneurs across two UP districts, screening 1,500+ women and designing behavioural interventions to improve credit readiness. I also analysed scheme data for 100,000+ UP Handloom Department beneficiaries and helped secure a 50% application-fee reduction for women in ITIs across UP.

Previously, I drafted parliamentary policy briefs and researched rural development at the Standing Committee on Animal Husbandry & Panchayati Raj. At ISB’s Bharti Institute of Public Policy, I published research on India’s informal economy and supported public-policy communications.
