I’m looking to contribute to evidence-driven public policy and health/rural livelihood programmes—turning research into briefs, monitoring tools, and practical recommendations with strong gender and displacement sensitivity.

I’m a development practitioner and policy researcher who turns complex programme and policy data into decision-support outputs. I’ve synthesised 10+ government scheme documents into publication-ready policy briefs, and I routinely identify implementation gaps by cross-referencing research data with on-the-ground reporting.

My work sits at the intersection of health systems, agrarian livelihoods, and displacement policy, with a consistent gender lens. From building a competency dictionary for Community Health Officers in AyushmanArogya Mandirs to designing NHM-linked monitoring tools and producing primary evidence from displaced communities, I focus on research that directly strengthens frontline delivery and rehabilitation planning.
