What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a service desk or IT support role where I can own troubleshooting end-to-end, improve resolution through clear escalations, and deepen my impact with Office 365, Active Directory, and secure device management.

I’m an IT support professional who bridges fast, customer-focused troubleshooting with thorough ticket ownership. In my current Product Expert (T1) role, I handle and delegate ZenDesk tickets, troubleshoot digital campaigns, DNS issues, and online forms/surveys via live chat, email, and phone, and escalate complex problems with detailed summaries.

Previously as a Service Desk Analyst, I managed tickets through Remedy Helpdesk and supported end users across mobile devices, laptops, Citrix Workspace, and printers. I also created and managed group mailboxes and distribution lists, keeping communications and access right.

Earlier roles strengthened my systems administration foundation: I managed Active Directory accounts and group mailboxes, delivered first/second-line support remotely and onsite, and administered Office 365 (Azure, Exchange, Intune) and IT assets. I’ve also worked with MDM systems (Lightspeed/Jamf), device deployment, and VLE support, plus trained new staff on core IT systems and security basics like Two Factor Authentication.
