What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear product documentation and knowledge systems while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams on requirements, feature validation, and user enablement.

At SlickFlo, I create and maintain internal and external knowledge bases, user guides, SOPs, SRS, PRDs, and reference materials that support onboarding, troubleshooting, and product usage. I also test features, identify bugs, and validate that documentation reflects shipped functionality.

I've supported product strategy and release workflows at Lead Pursuits, QA for Alachisoft's NCache, and documentation projects for case management and health operations knowledge hubs. My software engineering background also includes Python, SQL, web development, machine learning projects, and SDN/P4 traffic classification research.
