I am a technical writer with a strong background in creating content for both technical and non-technical audiences. With experience working with engineering, product, and marketing teams, I have developed the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly.

My professional experience includes working as a Technical Writer at Wiseman Innovations, where I coordinated with teams to develop concise and easy-to-understand wikis on Confluence. I also interacted with teams to gather and analyze requirements for developing technical documentation for client use.

Prior to this, I worked as a Junior Technical Writer at AKSA - SDS/ AXA Business Solutions, where I indulged in client meetings to gather requirements and crafted functional specification documents. I also developed solution draft documents for initiated change requests and created user guides to demonstrate the step-by-step flow of user interaction with the system.
