At Technocares, I work on the JoClaims | MedGulf insurance platform, analyzing requirements across 8+ modules and supporting quality through development, staging, UAT, and production.
I prepare SRS, BRD, and FRD documentation, design and execute test cases, and track requirements and change requests in ClickUp. I also conduct stakeholder interviews across Qatar, Jordan, and Bahrain to turn business needs into functional specifications.
For JoClaims, I document defects in JIRA and use Postman to test API request and response structures. I participate in Agile sprint meetings and use ClickUp and Trello for coordination and requirement tracking.
Earlier, I tested Phaedra Solutions’ internal CMS and completed a Machine Learning internship at UET Lahore. My projects include an Urdu text summarization model with 87% accuracy and a facial recognition attendance system with 92% recognition accuracy.
