At MSP360, I managed US and global customer accounts, expanding adoption and growing territories spanning more than 1,000 SMB and Segment 1–4 MSP accounts.

I partnered with Systems Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, onboarded SMBs into a new reseller and channel model, and negotiated renewal agreements that secured annual and monthly recurring revenue. I also led quarterly QBRs to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring account health and escalating cases with Support Engineers.

Previously, I managed projects for City Building Consultants, coordinating developers, architects, and municipal agencies to move building-code and plan-submission approvals forward within deadlines and budgets.
