What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role where I can leverage my project management and human resources experience to improve workforce mobilization, team performance, and organizational efficiency.

At North Oil Company, I coordinate manpower activities for four Major Project packages worth approximately $2.3 billion. I helped mobilize 118 personnel in one year through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and lead bi-weekly stakeholder meetings on mobilization progress.

I've supported Major Projects operations across workforce planning, job descriptions, team charters, procurement, missions, relocations, and invoice validation. Previously, at Hilton Doha The Pearl Residences, I onboarded 274 new hires in one year and supported the launch of the Oasys HR Suite for payroll processing.

My background also includes HR support at the U.S. Embassy Baku and exam operations at the British Council. I'm recognized for behavior, role modelling, ethics, innovation, and business efficiency, and I hold PMP certification.
