I’m looking to help organizations scale people operations with audit-ready documentation, efficient onboarding/offboarding, and reliable HR/payroll workflows—ideally in an environment aligned to EMEA/APAC collaboration and fast, structured execution.

I’m an HR Operations professional with 2+ years of experience across the employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, compliance documentation, and HR systems support. I’m detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured approach to people operations and strong written communication—especially when things are fast-paced.

In my current role as an “HR & Business Operations Specialist,” I built HR operations infrastructure for a growing startup, including bilingual employment contracts, onboarding templates, probation reviews, and performance documentation. I also implemented Zoho Payroll to support payroll and compliance workflows and developed policy/documentation workflows to strengthen structure and audit readiness.

Previously, I owned end-to-end L&D for 30+ training programs across 400+ employees, achieved 100% on-time training delivery, and drove Qatarisation talent development through Individual Development Plans and quarterly reporting.
