I am a dynamic and results-oriented HR Manager with over 15 years of experience in optimizing business processes and improving efficiency. My career has been dedicated to leading high-performing teams and developing strategic plans that align operations with organizational goals. I have a proven track record of ensuring consistent growth and profitability in every role I have undertaken.

Currently, I serve as the HR Manager at Arrowhead Switchgear Contracting in Doha, Qatar, where I am fully responsible for both overseas and local recruitment. I head operations across three departments, including HR, Admin, and Credit/Debit, and I have successfully managed payroll for more than seven projects around Doha. My ability to influence and implement HR changes has been instrumental in operationalizing and integrating HR processes effectively.

Throughout my career, I have received several accolades, including the Employee of the Year award from Arrowhead’s Quality Department for the year 2021/2022.
