Currently, I am working with Access Bank Nig Plc as a Customer Service Representative. Access Bank is one of the five star banks in the country. The bank provides financial services to it's customers through deposit, transfer, withrawal etc.

My roles are:

1. Resolving customers' complaints.

2. Taking customers' calls, mails and text messages.

3. Providing appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limit

4. Following up to ensure customers'complaints are resolved.

I have achieved the following:

1. An experiential award for the youngest experienced customer service officer 2023.

2. I was rated A in my appraisal which came with promotion, salary increase and bonuses.

3. A commendation from the regional manager as the best customer Service Officer ranking number six.

4. A commendation from branch manager as the best staff in branch.
