What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my analytics and automation skills to build dashboards, streamline reporting, and turn operational data into actionable insights—partnering with stakeholders to deliver faster, data-driven decisions.

I’m an Operational Analyst who builds and maintains Looker dashboards connected to BigQuery to deliver near real-time campaign and operational visibility. I create 11+ email performance reports within the dashboard, share daily performance summaries with stakeholders, and turn trends and gaps into clear improvement opportunities.

I also automate campaign sending workflows using n8n, streamlining processes from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and saving 4–6 hours per week. Across my experience, I’ve supported SFMC campaign setup and reporting, prepared PRDs, maintained project tracking in Jira and Click Up, and coordinated with stakeholders and technical teams to keep execution smooth and transparent.
