At Ittihad Paper Mill, I own end-to-end support for SAP-MES integration in a continuous 24/7 production plant, keeping order data flowing from sales order through production to dispatch.

I troubleshoot MES, SAP, and Chaint/WMS interfaces, configure system parameters and scripted logic, and help planners create products, recipes, and production routes. I also support 70–80 users across production, planning, and administration.

I administer VMware vSphere, manage Veeam backup cycles for business continuity, and develop Crystal Reports for production, planning, and management. By resolving message and interface errors independently, I've reduced reliance on the external ABB vendor.

Earlier hospitality and group IT roles gave me hands-on experience supporting Opera, Micros, networks, servers, email, firewalls, CCTV, telephony, and end users. I'm certified in VMware Data Center Virtualization, Red Hat administration and engineering, and Microsoft server technologies.
