What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a maintenance coordination role where I can manage repair requests, schedule vendors and technicians, track work orders through closure, and apply my hands-on troubleshooting background.

I coordinate maintenance and repair cases for a self-managed residential apartment, tracking issues from tenant report through resolution and keeping tenants informed.

My background includes logistics coordination and diesel and heavy-equipment repair at YANMAR / KEP, where I coordinated equipment, parts, technician schedules, and internal teams.
