At KMC SAVILLS INC., I monitor and diagnose building systems, including HVAC, chillers, gensets, and fire pumps, to catch potential operational failures. I also coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor servicing for critical facility assets.
I keep equipment performance logs, safety checks, and troubleshooting records as a Multi-Skilled Technician/Facility Technician/Facility Support. My current work is at Arthaland BGC, Taguig.
Previously, as a Multi-Skilled Technician at Servicio Filipino, Inc. (deployed to CGB Condominium Association Inc.), I managed routine and emergency repair workflows for building systems. I also updated tenants and management on maintenance status, tickets, and scheduled shutdowns.
