What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote AP/AR role supporting US business hours, where I can apply QuickBooks, invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliation, and freight brokerage AR/AP knowledge.

I've managed AP/AR, vendor payments, account reconciliation, supplier ordering, and inventory operations for my wholesale/retail grocery store since 2018. Using QuickBooks, I reconcile regular supplier orders while tracking nearly 300 SKUs and reorder points.

Previously, I supported parts sourcing and repair quoting at K.E.P. and processed hardware warranty claims and returns at CD-R King. I'm trained in QuickBooks, familiar with TAI TMS AR/AP workflows, and available remotely during US business hours.
