What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced IT/network role where I can troubleshoot confidently, monitor systems, and grow into deeper network and data center responsibilities—working with SOPs, strong teamwork, and opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

I’m an ardent and ambitious IT learner currently working in NOC Support, where I answer incoming calls, troubleshoot network issues like fiber and fixed wireless, and monitor a Network Monitoring System (NMS). I create and log tickets, maintain them in my assigned region with follow-ups and escalation for dispatch, and coordinate with the Project Coordinator to relay scope of work information to customers.

Before my NOC role, I built strong operations and safety discipline as a refurbishment lead and tech, directing a team of four, redesigning inbound workflow, and applying 5s to maximize product flow and safety. Through Correlation One’s “Amazon Data Center Technician Training,” I strengthened my OSI model, cabling, and safety fundamentals—so I bring both hands-on execution and structured troubleshooting habits to every ticket and SOP.
