What I'm looking for

I'm seeking infrastructure operations or technical support work where I can monitor mission-critical systems, resolve complex incidents, improve runbooks and processes, and continue building my Computer Science and security expertise.

At AAA ACE, I support enterprise Windows and Linux servers, production batch operations, and mission-critical infrastructure as a NOC Analyst. I monitor and resolve system, application, and network issues using SCOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, Statseeker, and Control-M to maintain availability and SLA compliance.

I've administered Active Directory, Group Policy, BitLocker support, VMware vSphere, Nutanix, and heterogeneous Windows Server, Unix/Linux, mainframe, and .NET environments. I also create SOPs and runbooks, manage hardware inventory, and work with engineering teams on permanent fixes.

Through nine years in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve, I've led and mentored personnel, supported secure communications systems, performed access audits, and delivered Tier 1–2 technical support. I'm pursuing Computer Science education and technical certifications while bringing an active Secret clearance and a disciplined approach to operational reliability.
