I’m an Administrative & Front Office Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator with 12+ years of experience managing high-volume calendars and multi-site operations. I’m known for optimizing scheduling systems, reducing conflicts, and improving workflow efficiency so operations run seamlessly.

In my current role as a Receptionist, I manage front desk operations, high-volume calls, appointment scheduling, and visitor support in fast-paced environments. I coordinate daily front desk administrative operations while staying the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.

Previously, as a Purchasing Coordinator/Finance Clerk, I supported leadership by managing purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking for multiple sites. I developed tracking spreadsheets and organized documentation to improve workflow efficiency, coordinating with vendors to resolve purchasing issues and maintaining compliance-focused, detail-driven records.
