What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role where I can apply HRIS and analytics skills, support workforce planning and retention, and grow in people-focused operational responsibilities.

I am an MBA student specializing in Human Resources and Business Analytics with practical HR internship experience supporting HRIS, payroll, attendance and manpower planning. I use SAP HR, FLM systems and Microsoft Office to streamline administrative workflows and maintain data accuracy.

During internships I contributed to manpower planning at SCCL and supported HR administration at TGGenco KTPP, gaining hands-on exposure to HR policies, employee engagement initiatives and HR structuring. My academic work includes a dissertation on training, development and retention and a research paper on gender influence in buying decisions.

I bring strong research, content and coordination skills demonstrated through college leadership roles on placement and newsletter teams, alongside certifications in Google Analytics and Digital Marketing. I seek HR roles where I can apply HRIS expertise and analytic insight to improve workforce planning and retention.
