I have spent ten years finding processes that are quietly broken and rebuilding them so they run without people.
At NPCI Bharat Billpay I launched India's national pension category onto the country's bill-payment network, live to over 15 million subscribers, and built the analytics platform that 20,000+ business partners now use. Before that at Kotak Mahindra Bank I ran e-commerce acquiring chargebacks and cut daily merchant reporting from nine hours to ninety minutes, lifting accuracy to 99.98%.
Most recently I replaced a three-team manual process with an autonomous pipeline, built in two and a half weeks using an LLM in place of engineering headcount. It removed 99% of the recurring effort at unchanged throughput and zero running cost.
The pattern is consistent: I do not specify and wait. I build the thing, then hand it over.
Regulated fintech is where I proved this, but the skill is not domain-bound. I am looking for product work where operational redesign and AI-assisted delivery are the job.
