I've supported customer communication and follow-up at TDA Couture through telephone, face-to-face, and WhatsApp interactions, capturing requests accurately and coordinating with team members to meet customer needs.

My work across the Pension Office, Alpha Health Care Clinic, and a Computer Training School strengthened my ability to manage inquiries, scheduling, documentation, records, and multiple administrative requests with professionalism.

I'm developing practical CRM capabilities through Zoho CRM and Salesforce, including lead and contact management, workflow organization, reporting, dashboards, Kanban views, and opportunity tracking. I also integrated Meta Lead Ads with Zoho CRM using field mapping and built an Excel sales tracker for reporting and follow-up.

I'm interested in building a long-term career in sales, CRM, and business development, bringing active listening, organized record keeping, and clear customer communication to every interaction.
