What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a customer-facing role where I can resolve payment or customer issues, build client relationships, meet targets, and contribute to customer acquisition and retention.

I'm currently resolving payment issues at SportServe, helping customers with failed transactions, duplicate charges, refunds, disputes, and billing queries across email, chat, and phone.

I document cases in CRM tools, investigate payment gateway errors, and work with finance, tech, and product teams to resolve complex payment concerns and improve customer experience.

Previously, I supported client outreach and sales at Chapeo Capital Limited, Kapu Africa, and Premier Foods. My work included cold calling, customer follow-up, lead generation, target setting, outlet execution, merchandising, and repeat selling.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from The Technical University of Kenya. I bring experience in sales and marketing, Microsoft Office, leadership, recordkeeping, and customer communication.
