I’m an enthusiastic, people-oriented customer service professional seeking an entry-level customer service role. I bring strong communication skills, active listening, and a passion for helping others, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic in remote environments.

In my role as a Customer Service Representative at Saviorite Digital (remote), I responded to customer inquiries by phone with clear, helpful information. I resolved complaints calmly and efficiently, ensuring customers felt heard and valued, while maintaining accurate customer records and interaction notes in Salesforce CRM.

I’m also building hands-on experience as a Customer Service Intern with Apex Talent Workforce Foundation (remote), supporting the customer service team by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with documentation and data entry. I work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating to deliver timely and professional responses aligned with organizational standards.
