At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Honduras, I led the design and implementation of the National Reintegration Plan and served as the Ministry’s technical counterpart to the IDB, IOM, GIZ, USAID and UN agencies. I also led the Foreign Ministry’s technical preparation of its component of the IDB-financed Labour Insertion Support Program for Honduras.
Since 2026, I’ve co-founded JR Investments, where I run operations and product delivery. DentalMAX is in daily production use across a multi-site clinic group, and I also coordinate delivery for business clients and operate a farm-management app and short-term rentals.
