I’m an operations professional with 10+ years of experience at the Embassy of Canada in Honduras, where working in a small international mission meant taking on responsibilities across operations, HR, logistics, finance, procurement, executive support, and emergency readiness.
A recurring theme throughout my career has been understanding how work gets done, identifying gaps or unnecessary friction, and building practical solutions. I’ve developed SOPs, workflows, trackers, templates, and Excel-based tools; helped implement WebHR; coordinated recruitment and diplomatic logistics; and redesigned recurring administrative and financial processes. Many of the systems and tools I created remained in use after I transitioned to other roles.
I’m now looking to bring that experience into a private-sector environment, particularly in Operations, Project Operations, Process Improvement, or adjacent analytical roles. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can coordinate cross-functional work, improve processes, and continue developing my project management and operational analysis skills.
